Problems processing your order?
- If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. It is most likely an issue with your billing zip/postal code. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
- If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.
If your ordering from outside the U.S. we highly suggest using Paypal or google wallet as an alternative payment method.

Returns and exchange policy
Any unopened product can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 7 business days of delivery. Please notify us through email@example.com or submit a return form within those 7 days to return or exchange an item. We offer free returns for US residents but for International customers you will be subject to pay the shipping fees to send the watch back. Please make sure you receive a return authorization number before returning the product. Returns maybe refused if RA# is not included. For more information on obtaining a return authorization number submit a return form on the website under "RETURN CENTER" and follow the directions.
How do I find an item that is unavailable on the Meister Online Store?
Please use the Dealer Locator
from our websites main menu to search for local dealers in your area, and for online dealers. A local dealer may have the item you are looking for in stock. You can also call our Service Center at 909 599 8899 and we can let you know when an item is expected to be restocked.
How do I return an item purchased from the Meister Online Store?
All web returns must be claimed within 7 days of the date of receipt. All returned products must be in original, unopened, & resalable condition, identical to the condition that it was received in, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. Customers also have the option to receive 100% store credit for a returned item not including shipping charges. For more information please go to the "Shipping & Returns" section.

How do I get my watch repaired?
Please complete our repair form located in our "REPAIRS
" under the support section. You will then be contacted by a service representative within 24 hours Monday - Friday with further instructions. Meister office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
How do I check the status of my repair or return?
Once we get your watch, please allow up to 14 business days to complete the repair process, some repairs maybe completed sooner or longer depending on the issue. Our service representatives will send you an email notification when your package is received and when it is ready to be shipped back. We can also provide you with the current status of your watch by contacting us through firstname.lastname@example.org email.
How do I care for my Meister watch?

How do I get a new band, clasp, or buckle?
Bands, straps, bracelets, clasps, and buckles are not covered under warranty, however, they can be purchased online under Spare Parts
or by contacting us at email@example.com.
Can I get additional links for a metal band?
Yes. They can be purchased online under Spare Parts or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I get a new screw, rod, or pin?
We are able to send some small parts out individually, depending on the issue, however, some watches will need to be sent in for repair. Please visit our Repair Center and complete our repair form under "REPAIRS
" in the support section. You will then be contacted by a service representative within 24 hours during business hours for further instructions. You may also email us at email@example.com from 10 AM to 5:30PM PST, Monday to Friday, and we'll message you back on any questions you may have.
How do I get a new battery?
Most of our watches can be taken to a certified jeweler for battery replacement. The battery size is very common and any watch store should have it available. All models can be sent directly to us for battery replacement as well for a reasonable service charge. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long is my watch covered under the limited warranty?
Meister offers a 2 year limited warranty for all products from the date of purchase. For specific details on what the warranty covers, please visit our warranty page
What does my (2) two year limited warranty cover?
Meister warranties their watches against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase and agrees to repair or replace any defective part without charge. Please visit the warranty section of our website for more details on what the limited warranty covers .
I lost my proof of purchase, can I still have it repaired under the warranty?
You may be required to provide a proof of purchase in order to have your watch repaired under the warranty. Please contact our Repair Center at email@example.com for more information.
My watch is no longer under warranty can I still have it repaired?
Meister's repair center can provide full repairs for your watch for a certain fee. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an estimate and more information.
How can I get technical assistance for my watch?
Please view our manuals located under Watch Care
but emailing us would be best for answers on any repairs on the watch at email@example.com.
How can I pay for the shipping fee for my repair?
All major credit cards and Paypal payments are accepted for the shipping fee. A repair representative will contact you for further instructions on payment after the repair has been completed.

Is my watch water resistant?
All of our watches are 100M water resistant. However, we recommend avoiding extended water exposure for leather bands as they may darken in color and lose their suppleness.
Does my watch come with a user manual and extra links?
Yes, the extra links for steel bands are located under the authenticity card. Manual booklets are not included but you can go on the website to download the instruction manual on all the watches in the support section under "Watch Help".
