When does the sale start?
Our Black Friday Sale will start early this year! The sale will start Wednesday 11/24 at 5PM PST and special releases will start Thursday 11/25 at 10 AM PST!

An item is sold out. Will it be restocking?
A majority of our models are limited edition and will not be restocking during the sale or after.
Collaboration models (Marvel, Star Wars, Honda, etc.) will NOT be restocking once sold out!
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please contact the customer service team at the chat box at the bottom of the website! An order can only be cancelled if it has not been fulfilled and shipped out.
When will my item ship out?
Please understand that we will be experiencing a high volume of orders at this time. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed and be ready for shipping. Processing times are not included in shipping time.
Shipping times will be based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping is 2-7 business days within the U.S. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international orders.
*Special release orders may take 7-10 days for shipping due to import restrictions.
Can I get free shipping?
Get free express shipping (FedEx 2-day air)within the U.S. if you spend $125+!
Get free express shipping (FedEx 2-day air)worldwide if you spend $200+!*

Are there payment plans available?
Yes! We offer payment installation plans through ShopPay and AfterPay! Please make sure to register for approval through ShopPay and AfterPay and NOT through us.
I don’t see an option for Afterpay?!
To use Afterpay, please make sure you are first logged out of ShopPay. Afterpay will also be available at the END of checkout after all other information has been entered.
What other types of payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through debit, credit card, and PayPal.
Can I return items from the sale?
Yes! You may return items up to 30 days after you receive them.All returned products must be in original, unopened, & resalable condition, identical to the condition that it was received in, with all original documentation, boxes, etc.
